Data can be trained on your website content, uploaded documents such as PDFs, Word documents, free-form text, or data pushed via APIs. The more content that is provided the better the chatbot is able to answer questions.
- Do you offer a trial?
No. We have a generous free plan that you can use to try out the software.
- Do you retrain the AI Agents automatically when the website content changes?
Currently retraining is done manually through the dashboard.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Just navigate to your billing profile and chose the Free plan.
