- What type of content can be used to train the chatbot?
Data can be trained on your website content, uploaded documents such as PDFs, Word documents, free-form text, or data pushed via APIs. The more content that is provided the better the chatbot is able to answer questions.
- How does the trial work?
You get 14 days of premium features. After that you can choose to upgrade to the Premium plan, or automatically transition to the Basic plan.
- Do you retrain the chatbot automatically when the website content changes?
Currently retraining is done manually through the dashboard.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Just navigate to your billing profile and chose the Basic plan.
