What type of content can be used to train the AI Agents?: Data can be trained on your website content, uploaded documents such as PDFs, Word documents, free-form text, or data pushed via APIs. The more content that is provided the better the chatbot is able to answer questions.
Do you offer a trial?: No. We have a generous free plan that you can use to try out the software.
Do you retrain the AI Agents automatically when the website content changes?: Currently retraining is done manually through the dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes! Just navigate to your billing profile and chose the Free plan.
